Serving as a USAF Medic for twenty years, then retiring, Tony worked for four years in a Paramedic Department at King Fisal Specialty and Research Center Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Tony has served with the VFW Post 2485 since 2014 as the Post Surgeon. Tony also assists retirees and their families when they need care at the Medical City Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City.

The Mission of the Health and Wellness department is to promote a healthy presence through proper mental, physical, spiritual, diet and attitude conditioning. It has been said that wellness is a state of complete harmony

of the body, mind and spirit.

When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.

As of this year, around 20 veterans commit suicide every day. Be a friend, save a life, CALL a veteran and give them support and hope.
